The Research On The Construction Of Zhuzhou Public Culture Service System From The Perspective Of Supply-side Structural Reform

Culture is the soul of a nation.The development of a nation’s public cultural service make a great influence on the people’s basic cultural rights and the Social Harmony And Stability.For a long time,China has attached great attention to the cultural construction,and has played an important role in the building of public cultural service system.However,In recent years,with the developme nt of the economy,our living standard has been greatly improved.The level of public cultural service system construction has been unable to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people.in the year of 2005,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s proposition on “Supply-side structural reform” took the lead in triggering the reform boom in the economic field,and also provided ideas in the cultural field to solve the supply and demand problems arising from the construction of the public cultural service syste m.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the subject,the research status quo at home and abroad,the research content and the main methods.Then it explains the basic connotation of public culture service,public culture service system,and the Supply-side structural reform theory.On the basis of Supply-side structural reform theory,this paper analyzes the Construction of Zhuzhou Public Culture Service System.The main problems and the reasons for the problems.At the end of the paper,aiming at the problems and causes of the analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the public culture service system in Zhuzhou.The first is improving the awareness of “Supply-side structural reform”.The second is transforming government functions in Culture.The third is cultivating and developing social organizations.The fourth is Establishing the policy and regulation system.And the last is improving the evaluation and assessment mechanism.The research of this paper hope to provide some reference for the Cultural management department to make the relevant decision-making,and to provide some guidance for the public culture service system construction faced by Zhuzhou and even the whole country.
