It is difference study domain between Chinese teaching in primary school and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.However,both of them have a high degree of similarity on aspects such as pedagogical purpose,etc,and they are comparable in the formulation of curriculum standards and the construction of teaching materials.Textbooks,which are compiled according to curriculum standards,are taken the most important materials as to rely in the course of teaching.There are many inheritance ways in primary Chinese textbooks that are worth learning for the textbooks for elementary Chinese students.However,due to the differences in teaching objects,no current models of the primary Chinese textbooks can be copied in total by the textbooks for elementary Chinese students.This thesis sets the PEP edition of “ Compulsory Education Textbook· Languages”(Primary Edition)(July 2016),which has been examined and approved by Education Ministry and the PEP edition of “ Mastering Chinese·Reading and Writing”(2015)as study focus,and this thesis starts with the reading-aid system and the knowledge system in the textbook for comparative research.The thesis based on the study of the background and the status of research,is divided into five parts.By the analysis of the theoretical basis for the preparation of teaching materials and the structure of the reading-aid system and the knowledge system in the two versions of textbooks,the thesis aims to analyze the deep theory origin of it.Through researching,the feasible suggestion of the compilation of the textbooks for elementary Chinese students is proposed.In the aspect of the compilation of reading-aid system,a certain amount of clues and functional partitionscan be added in the textbooks for elementary Chinese students in order to avoid using more images.The fitness of text with some graphics should be increased,and the format of Appendix should be adjusted to improve utilization of it.In term of the compilation of knowledge system,Mandarin tones/ pronunciation and a right amount of material for reciting should be added in the textbooks for elementary Chinese students to lead students to notice the writing standards of Chinese phonetic alphabet.The expansion of teaching of Chinese character should be emphasized to ensure that the teaching of Chinese character must be combined with the content of the text,and it must abide by some principles from the simple to the complex.In addition,the relevant content should be adjusted and selected according to the sequencing of teaching contents.The thesis briefly discusses how Chinese teachers make creative use of Chinese textbooks from the above two sides.The thesis attends to find out the universal methods and laws of it,and make a theoretical summarized,which can provide some new ideas and methods for the compilation and use of the textbooks for elementary Chinese students,and provide reference material for the primary Chinese textbooks.
