A Report On Simulated Interpreting Of "Dialogue&2018 Annual Meeting Of Business Alliance Of GMS Cross-border E-commerce Cooperation Platform"

Economically and geographically,Yunnan is closely linked to Southeast Asian countries.The friendship between them is time-honored.Especially in recent years,Business Alliance of GMS Cross-border E-commerce Cooperation Platform has been officially established,which has laid the foundation for promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce among countries in the subregion.At the same time,it has tapped the economic cooperation opportunities among the countries in GMS,and a lot have been achieved in trade,investment and economic growth.Therefore,more cross-border economic communications require more professional interpreting human resources.This report is based on the author’s simulated interpreting of “Dialogue & 2018 Annual Meeting of Business Alliance of GMS Cross-border E-commerce Cooperation Platform”.The author tried to explore the characteristics and rules of business interpretation,and how to apply interpretation theory to practice through this simulated interpreting.Business interpretation is difficult and goal-oriented.The interpreting task required the author to have sound bilingual capacity and business interpreting capacity.This practice has played a positive role in improving the author’s interpreting ability and the interpreting report was completed under the guidance of the Interpretive Theory.The report is comprised of five Sparepart.The first part introduces the source,background,features and objectives of the task.Part two is the review of the interpretation,which covers interpretation preparation,interpretation process and evaluation on the interpretation.Part three is the introduction and application of the Interpretive Theory.In part four,selected cases are analyzed with specific techniques under the guidance of the theories adopted.Finally,self-reflection and suggestions for future interpreting and studies are included in Part five.
