Synonym teaching is the difficulty and key point in TCFL.At the same time,it has a high score in the new HSK 5 test,so it is necessary to explore synonym teaching.At present,although the academic circle has long proposed to apply context teaching method to TCFL,there are few researches on how to use and teach context teaching method in synonym teaching.Therefore,based on my own teaching experience,this paper combines the relevant theories of context teaching method with the teaching of new hsk5 synonyms,and discusses how to apply context teaching method in the teaching of new hsk5 synonyms so as to improve the effect of synonym teaching? How can foreign students use synonyms accurately and improve their Chinese expression ability in the real context?The research object of this paper is the application of context teaching method in the teaching of new hsk5 synonyms.Taking the students(Senior)of San Francisco University in Quito,Ecuador as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis by analyzing the 9-year real problems since the promulgation of the new hsk5 standard.This paper first summarizes and classifies the synonyms of new hsk5,and the classification standard refers to the classification principle of synonyms in modern Chinese published by Huang borong and Liao Xudong.Secondly,on this basis,it collates the test papers of new hsk5 and the real questions of new hsk5 published on the official website,and summarizes and analyzes the synonyms in the test papers,focusing on the analysis of recent years In the past nine years,the changes of synonyms’ scores and the high frequency words in the new hsk5 test;at the same time,combined with the specific situation of Ecuador’s students(Senior)learning synonyms at San Francisco University,Quito,a large number of teaching cases are analyzed and explained to reflect on these teaching cases and put forward corresponding teaching strategies.This paper holds that the following principles should be followed in the application of context teaching method in the teaching of new hsk5 synonyms: in setting context,attention should be paid to the principle of practicality,setting context with words close to the actual life or words that students have learned in books;at the same time,in order to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning,teachers should set context according to students’ interests and hobbies;finally,When setting the context,teachers should follow the principle of conciseness and conciseness so that students can easily accept and understand it.
