A Study Of Ci Poets Of The Gu Family In Wuxi During The Qianlong And Jiaqing Dynasties

The Gu family in Wuxi has been a large cultural family in Wuzhong since the eighth ancestor Gu Kejiu.With the resurgence of Qing Ci,Gu Cai and others in the Gu family started the creation of Ci.In the Qianlong and Jiaqing,there are many poets of the Gu family,and the poets represented by Gu Kuiguang dynasty,Gu Han,and Gu Ling had an important position in the Ci poetry in the middle of Qing dynasty.First of all,this article is based on the literature of genealogy,chronicles,history,and poetry collections.Based on previous studies,this article clarifies the Gu family tree and explores the relationship between the regional culture of Wuxi and the formation of family poets.It is believed that under the strong humanistic atmosphere of Wuxi,the Gu family gradually developed into a family of culture through the methods of classics and poetry.From Shunkang to Qianjia period,Ci poets of Gu family inherited the cultural traditions of their ancestors and devoted themselves to the creation of Ci,and they established in-law relationships with other poet families and communicated frequently.After three stages of early prosperity,heyday,and decline,it showed a different Ci style other than the " Zhejiang Poetry School".Secondly,for the first time,this article lists the important poet Gu Kuiguang and his words in the Gu family as the key research objects.Based on his life experience,the subject matter content of his essay is classified,and the artistic style and characteristics of his essay are analyzed.It is believed that Kui Guang Ci is known for his travelling words,and his lexical meaning is elegant,clean and strong.On the basis of previous studies,the author further explained the style of Gu Han,another important Ci poet of the Gu family,as “easy and magnificent”.After discussing the creative environment and interaction with relatives and friends,it was believed that the female poet Gu Ling received considerable attention in the literary world at that time.Her poems have the characteristics of "beautiful and elegant,sad and mournful".Finally,the research of family poets is inseparable from the induction and exploration of group characteristics.After analyzing the above three important poets,for the first time,the author found that Gu Kuiguang and others’ Ci works were related to the early Western Zhejiang Poetry School and Yangxian Poetry School in terms of subject matter selection and artistic techniques.The article is based on the development stages of the family,combining points and faces,which not only covers the group characteristics of the poet’s family,but also discusses in detail the important poets,which fills the blank of the study of Ci poets of the Gu family in Wuxi during the Qianjia period.
