Afternoon tea is a product of Britain in the 17th world,and has gradually evolved into a way for modern people to relax and entertain."Music afternoon tea" is quite common in western countries,aiming at"relaxing" in the ocean of music."Music Tea Time" is a series of concerts created by Tianjin Song and Dance Theater Opera Troupe.As one of the three core brands of Opera Troupe,it was premiered in Tune 2014.Once it was launched,it received extensive attention and praise from the audience,and gradually developed into a performance brand."Music Tea Time" concert series will be held at Tianjin concert hall at 3:00 p.m.every Sunday and will last for one and a half hours.The program content takes chamber music performance as the main form,covering large symphony orchestra,small band,vocal solo)chorus,solo,ensemble and so on.Up to now,the program has performed more than 200 performances.With the aim of serving the public)improving the people’s musical cultural quality and enhancing the city’s cultural taste,the production team has continuously summarized the performance experience,enriched the performance form)optimized the performance content)met the appreciation needs of different audiences,enriched the audience’s spiritual life and brought beautiful music experience to the audience.Through a simple research and analysis of the origin)planning and program content of the "Music Tea Time" project)this paper focuses on the publicity and promotion means,human resources management and fund operation of the project,finds out the existing problems in publicity and promotion and human resources management)and provides solutions.Finally,it discusses the successful experience of the project operation,and draws inspiration for the operation of other similar elegant music performance projects in China.
