With the continuous enhancement of China's economic strength and the vigorous development of the national art and culture market,the young people's interest in learning art has been transformed into quality-oriented education.The number of young people learning art is growing rapidly.A complete cultural market has been formed for the evaluation and performance of young people's Art quality,and the daisy award has been successfully won many times in the art competition market of Shanxi Province It can not be held without the effective way of project promotion.As far as China's national conditions are concerned,Chinese state-owned cultural enterprises play a leading role in the cultural market.How to rely on policy advantages,improve their core competitiveness,and produce high-quality products to meet the needs of cultural consumption is an urgent problem for the survival and development of cultural enterprises.Under this background,the art exchange center of Shanxi Performing Arts Group actively combines the operation project with the dissemination of excellent culture,strengthening the aesthetic education of teenagers,etc.the "Daisy Award" planned and held as the highest standard art competition in Shanxi Province has received good market and social feedback in the operation income and promotion of aesthetic education effect.This paper takes it as the research object,uses the theory of art management,on the basis of practice,analyzes the factors of the promotion mode construction of "Daisy Award" of Shanxi performing arts group,and draws on its successful promotion experience to make some tentative induction and summary for the promotion and healthy development of art competition activities.
