The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward an important plan in the field of education, the core of which lies in the orientation of "establishing morality and cultivating human beings" and the fundamental proposition of "people-oriented",that is,to attach great importance to it.The respect of students' value and the excavation of their potential.Under this background, teachers and scholars gradually realize the importance of dissipative structure theory and try to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching management by drawing lessons from advanced experience at home and abroad. However, the research on dissipative structure theory in our country started relatively late in the field of education, especially on the basis of dissipative structure theory in the study of pluralistic and open classroom teaching management. Therefore, this paper focuses on the application of dissipative structure theory in senior high school English classroom. This paper uses the methods of investigation, literature and observation to define and discuss the theory of dissipation structure and its characteristics, the teaching management of classroom teaching and the definition of the teaching management in high school English. In this paper, the relationship between the theory of dissipation structure and the management of English classroom teaching in senior high school is analyzed.Classroom teaching management can continuously realize the exchange of energy and material between the inside and outside of the classroom, with open characteristics;the dissipative structure classroom has variable devaluation and nonlinear characteristics;by applying the dissipative structure theory to high school English classroom teaching management,It can provide an epistemological basis for the non-equilibrium of the cognitive process and the thinking process of the students;it can help the teachers to pay close attention to the personality characteristics of the students, break the procedural and gridded operation of the traditional classroom teaching management, and then use the teacher and the students.Interaction and cooperation gradually form the frequent occurrence of micro-fluctuation of life energy, which forms a huge fluctuation under the action of nonlinearity. In this way,it can not only reflect the rational thinking and humanistic spirit of respecting the development of students' personality, but also ultimately generate rich knowledge structure, keen thinking quality and noble moral sentiment.Based on the above-mentioned theoretical foundation, this paper further reviews the current situation of the application of the dissipative structure theory in the high school English classroom teaching management, and through the use of the methods of investigation and statistical analysis,it is found that some problems still exist.Insufficient understanding of the open,non-linear,self-organizing characteristics of classroom teaching management;the goal of classroom teaching management is relatively closed in time and space;the classroom environment and atmosphere lacks“ fluctuation”;classroom organization and planning management are solidified. To this end,the article designs the concrete path of the application of the dissipative structure theory in the high school English classroom teaching management.First, the construction of the "open" 's English classroom teaching management system;second,on the basis of the "non-equilibrium state" of the senior high school English classroom teaching management law;third, follow the "non-linearity" characteristics of the high school English class teaching management;and fourth, grasp the opportunity of the internal energy "fluctuation" of the high school English classroom teaching management system.
