On February 27,2015,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the word “Sense of Gain” at the meeting for the first time.“Sense of Gain” is the happiness index of the people in the new era and new background,which deserves the attention of experts and scholars in various fields.College students are a generation that inherits the past and the future.It is about the future of the country and the hope of the nation.By studying the sense of gain of college students,we can understand the needs and shortcomings of contemporary college students and help them form reasonable values.In order to conduct an in-depth analysis and discussion of the status quo of college students' perception of acquisition,this study first compiles a scale for measuring college students' perception of acquisition,and then uses the scale to measure and explore the characteristics of college students' perception of acquisition status.First of all,in the theoretical structure hypothesis of the college students' sense of acquisition scale,the literature method was adopted,and 30 college students were interviewed and 81 college students were investigated through an open questionnaire.Based on the results of theinterviews,open questionnaires and related questionnaires,a preliminary questionnaire of 63 items was formed.Secondly,a preliminary questionnaire was used to test 358 college students.After item analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the data,a formal scale of college students' sense of acquisition was finally formed,which included 25 items.Then,404 college students were tested with a formal scale.After structural verification and reliability and validity analysis of the recovered data,the college students' sense of achievement scale with three factors was finally formed.Finally,the self-compiled college students' sense of acquisition scale was used as a measuring tool to test716 college students in order to test the differences of college students' sense of acquisition in gender,grade,school type,ethnic group,major,place of origin,whether they are the only child,family economic situation and their parents' degree of education.The results are as follows:The college student acquisition scale includes three dimensions,namely academic acquisition,interpersonal emotional acquisition,and personal growth acquisition.Academic acquisition includes three aspects: satisfaction,positive emotions,and effort.Interpersonal emotional acquisition and personal The sense of gain in growth includes four aspects: satisfaction,positive emotions,future identification,and commitment to work.Finally,a college student gain scale consisting of 25 items was formed.The college students' perceptionscale has good reliability and validity.The indicators of the confirmatory factor analysis all reached the critical standard,indicating that the structure of the university students' perception scale was well fitted;the correlation coefficients between the dimensions of the scale were between0.42 and 0.57,which were moderately correlated.Each dimension was related to the questionnaire.The correlation coefficient between the total scores is between 0.77 and 0.88,which is at a medium to high degree of correlation,and has good structural validity;the dimensions of the scale and the Cronbach's ? of the total score of the questionnaire are between0.85-0.93,and the reliability is good;Each dimension of the table and the total score of the questionnaire have significant positive correlations with the acquisition scale and life satisfaction,and the college students' acquisition scale has a good calibration validity.The overall sense of gain of contemporary college students is above the average level.In each dimension,the score of personal growth sense of gain is the highest,the score of interpersonal emotion sense of gain is the second,and the score of academic achievement sense of achievement is the lowest.In terms of demography,college students' overall sense of gain has marginal significant differences in grades and majors,and is significantly influenced by the place of origin of students,whether they are the only child or not,and the economic situation of their families.In all dimensions,the sense of academic achievement increases with gradelevel,and is significantly influenced by major,place of origin,family economy and parents' educational level.In terms of interpersonal emotional gain,male students are significantly higher than female students,and there are significant differences in school type and one-child status.Personal growth sense of gain in the source of students,family economic conditions have obvious differences.
