“People's Cultural Supermarket” is a pilot project for the promotion of grassroots public digital cultural services determined by the National Public Culture Development Center of the Ministry of Culture.It is a demonstration project of the public cultural service system of Henan Province.It is a key project of the people's livelihood of Jiaozuo City's culture and benefits to the public.Innovation and exploration of the “last mile”.With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of material living standards,the people's demand for spiritual and cultural life is growing.The government is facing the urgent needs of society and the public for spiritual and cultural life,and it poses new challenges to the supply of public cultural services.And new requirements.Public cultural service facilities and service projects are one of the basic functions of maintaining the artistic and cultural needs of the people in the work of public cultural services.As an important part of the supply of public cultural services,art training services equalize and improve the public cultural services.Effective supply is of great significance.The development of art training services is also of great significance for promoting the popularization of art for all and improving the quality of the masses,the cultivation of art and the cultivation of sentiment.Based on the theory of new public service and public product theory,this paper uses literature analysis method,interview method and field investigation method to study and analyze the Huimin project of “People's Cultural Supermarket” in Jiaozuo City.By combing the background and connotation of the "people's cultural supermarket",we have further understanding and understanding of the "people's cultural supermarket".Through in-depth investigation and research,the overall status and analysis of the supply of art training services of “People's Cultural Supermarket” are mainly described,including the status quo of supply subject,supply media status and supply object status.In view of the development status of “ People's Cultural Supermarket”,find out the problems existing in the development process and analyze the causes.According to the problem and the future development direction of “People's Cultural Supermarket”,it proposes countermeasures from five aspects: the construction of service platform,the expression mechanism of mass demand,the encouragement of social forces to participate,the innovation of various forms of art training supply and the funding guarantee mechanism.With a view to accelerating the equalization of public cultural services and enhancing the effective supply of “people's cultural supermarkets”,the development of universal art popularization will be promoted,and the people will truly enjoy rich,convenient and equal public cultural services.
