Research On The Mechanism Of Improving The Quality Of Urban Public Cultural Service

With the improvement of social and economic development,the public demand for public cultural service presents the characteristics of complex structure and diversified types.The public’s demand for high-quality public cultural service is becoming increasingly strong,and the quality of public cultural service has become particularly prominent.In recent years,the public cultural service provided by the new public library with city’s study gradually realizes equalization,standardization,informatization and socialization.However,at present,the public cultural service system of our country is in the development stage of "scale expansion",with the pursuit of quantity and speed priority and the lack of attention to the quality of public cultural service,particularkly,there is a lack of attention to the quality of public cultural service provided by local governments.It has affected the improvement of the public cultural service system and the construction of a service-oriented government that the people who are satisfied with.This situation must be changed as soon as possible.This article takes the development of city’s study in Wenzhou as a case and analyzes the quality of public cultural service of city’s study through literature research,investigation and interview,field investigation.The main contents of this article are as follows: the first part introduces the theory of city’s study and the quality of public cultural service,and takes Wenzhou city’s study as a case to explore the quality of city public cultural service.The second part analyzes the public service,public cultural service quality and analyzes Wenzhou city’s study.The third part collects the data of the Wenzhou city’s study and relevant places and persons,then puts forward the problems in the poblic cultural service quality of Wenzhou city’s study and analyzes the reasons.According to these result of analyzation,the fourth part puts forward the solution to the problems of the public cultural sevice quality of city’s study and the countermeasures to improve it.This article wants to form a distinctive theoretical framework for the improvement of the quality of public cultural service to provide the necessary theoretical support for the improvement of the quality of public cultural service in city’s study.
