Survey On Service Supply And Demand Of Changzhou Rural Grass-roots Comprehensive Cultural Service Center

In recent years,with the acceleration of the construction of my country’s public cultural service system,the construction of public cultural facilities network has achieved remarkable results,and the conditions of grass-roots public cultural facilities have been greatly improved.By 2019,Changzhou has basically achieved full coverage of comprehensive grassroots cultural service centers.However,with the acceleration of informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,the spiritual and cultural needs of the grassroots rural people have shown multi-level and diversified characteristics,and the original cultural infrastructure and cultural services have been unable to meet the growing needs of the grassroots people.This article uses a combination of literature analysis,investigation and research,observation,and statistical analysis to study the service supply and demand of the comprehensive cultural service center in the rural grassroots of Changzhou.First,a survey questionnaire was designed based on the laws,regulations and policy documents issued by the state,and rural villagers in different regions were selected to conduct a sample survey.At the same time,based on the preliminary survey of the questionnaire,an interview outline was further designed for villager representatives,village committee staff,and personnel from the cultural authorities at the urban two levels.Secondly,through the analysis and collation of questionnaires and interview data,the basic situation of supply and demand in infrastructure,public cultural service activities,organization and management,etc.,is obtained,and the existence of service supply and demand in rural grassroots comprehensive cultural service centers is analyzed.Problems and analyze the causes.Finally,optimization countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: perfecting the main body of supply,demand expression mechanism,and supply operation mechanism.At present,it is rare for scholars to investigate the supply and demand of rural public cultural services based on the characteristics of different regions.The research of this article can make the theoretical research of rural public cultural services coordinate the supply and demand issues,and can provide a comprehensive analysis of different regions of the country.The service supply of the comprehensive rural cultural service center puts forward guiding and practical suggestions and measures to solve the problem of the imbalance between the supply and demand of the center’s services,improve the level and quality of the center’s services,and allow farmers to truly enjoy satisfactory public cultural service products.
