A Study On The Situation And Innovation Of The Expression Mechanism Of Public Cultural Service Demand In Urban Communities

Community is not only the basic constituent part of social management,but also one of the most direct and important carriers of the Construction of public cultural service system.At present,China's urban community public cultural service construction is facing many problems,seriously affecting the effectiveness of public cultural services.The imbalance between supply and demand of public cultural service is one of the significant problems.Therefore,it is important to construct an effective expression of public cultural service that can accurately reflect the real needs of residents.It is not only helpful to realize the effective supply of public cultural service,enhancing the efficiency of public cultural service,but also to build a harmonious society and community.the People's Republic of China Public Culture Service Law promulgated on December 25,2016,clearly called the establishment of public cultural needs reflecting system and evaluation system for the construction of community's public cultural service needs,providing a strong legal guarantee for the expression mechanism.Based on the investigation and survey of communities in Wuchang District,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the demand expression mechanism of community's public cultural service in Wuchang District,dissects the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the expression mechanism of community's public cultural service.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related concepts of demand expression mechanism of community's public cultural service,expounds the basic constituent factors and running process,and reviews the development process of it.Secondly,based on the investigation of the demand expression mechanism of community's public cultural service in Wuchang Direct,this paper analyzes the current situation,reveals the existing problems such as subject,channel,receiver and so on,and discusses its causes.Finally,in order to make a modest contribution to improve the efficiency of public cultural service and the satisfaction of the masses,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the demand expression mechanism of community's public cultural service from the aspects of subject,channel,recipient(government),demand recognition and filtering mechanism.
