A Study On The Construction Of Rural Public Cultural Service System Based On The Perspective Of Cultural Demand

It is the primary problem in the construction of rural public cultural service system in china.that the relationship between supply and demand of public cultural service.The main research objects are that the contradiction between the increasing demand for public culture and insufficient supply of public cultural services,the contradiction between the diversity of farmers' demand for public cultural services and the simplex of supply.In many areas,the supply of public culture is still in the early stages of development,and it is not enough to meet the cultural needs of most people.And in some areas,cultural supply is too simple to meet the diversity of local cultural needs.The reason for these contradictions is that the government has not established the concept of supply of public cultural services based on demand,which causes that the total amount and structure of the supply of public cultural services do not match the total amount and structure of the public cultural services for farmers.The serious consequences of these contradictions are that rural public cultural facilities idle and low participation rate of public cultural activities,which is not conducive to the effective use of public cultural resources,not conducive to improve the spiritual and cultural life of farmers,but also not conducive to building a new socialist countryside.In view of existing research,the research perspective in previous research of the construction of rural public cultural service system mostly is the perspective of supply,and the perspective of demand in the research of the construction of rural public cultural service is very insufficient,especially it still lacks of the research on the method to establish path of the rural public cultural service system from the perspective of demand.This paper makes a systematic study on the construction of rural public cultural service system from the perspective of the new perspective,combining with a practical case,which is the supplement to the theory of rural public cultural service system construction.And at the same time,it provides a solution to the contradiction between the supply and demand of rural public cultural services,it is conducive to the construction of rural public cultural service system and it is conducive to the construction of new socialist countryside.This paper intends to solve two problems:The first is to establish the theoretical framework of the construction of rural public cultural service system in the perspective of demand based on the theory of rural public cultural service system and the present situation of the construction of public cultural service in China;And the second is to study the problems of the construction of public cultural service system of Changhe village based on the theoretical framework according detail investigation.In this paper,the main research methods include literature analysis,survey research,data analysis and inductive analysis.And this paper carries on a systematic study of rural public cultural services from different perspectives.This study shows that there exist the problem that the supply and demand does not match in the construction of China's rural public cultural service system at present,in order to solve this problem,it is needed to construct the system of rural public cultural service from the perspective of demand.This paper discusses the connotation and path to construct the system of rural public cultural service from the perspective of demand.This paper studies the case of village and shows that supply and demand do not match in the construction process of the construction of rural public cultural service system and it is needed to establish demand service concept,play an active advocacy role,expand the demand expression way in the process.Finally,it can provide a more reasonable development model for the rural public cultural service system.
