The Expression Of Decorative Painting Language In My Oil Painting

The paintings of the primitive period are already decorative.Over time,decorative painting is booming and developing,decorative painting has gradually formed its unique painting language.This paper sets to analyze the concept,origin and development of decorative painting,using the works of Gustav Klimt and Alphonse Mucha,two widely recognized decorative painting artists,to explore and discover the characteristics of the language of decorative painting.A careful analysis shows that decorative style painting usually features a flat,two-dimensional perspective,abstract shapes,subjective use of colors,patterns with symbolic meanings,and aesthetic utilization of various materials.This language of decorative painting can be ingeniously used in personal oil paintings to enhance the expression,and can be creatively adapted to improve the representation of female figures.This paper will showcase in detail the theoretical research results and personal reflections on artistic creation,promising a feministic turn in research in and production of decorative paintings.
