Research Of Ming Dynasty's Dutuo Opera In The Zaju From Maiwangguan

With the development and integration of Taoist ideas and drama creation,the Immortal-Taoism Opera in Ming Dynasty was very prosperous.Among them,the Dutuo Opera telling the story of immortals leading ordinary people and making them become immortals plays an important role.The Zaju from Maiwangguan contains a total of 20 kinds of the Dutuo Opera in Ming Dynasty,which is the most preserved version of the Dutuo Opera in Ming Dynasty,and has important historical significance.This article takes the Zaju from Maiwangguan as the center to study the Dutuo Opera in Ming Dynasty,starting from the three aspects:characacteristcis of systerm,the theme,narrative art.The first chapter discusses the characteristics of the script system and performance system of Ming Dynasty's Dutuo Opera in the Zaju from Maiwangguan.Mainly manifested in the arrangement of tunes,the use of Binbai,the use of Kehun,the records of Chuanguan,and the use of Qiemo.The second chapter analyzes the theme of Ming Dynasty's Dutuo Opera in the Zaju from Maiwangguan.Through the programmatic plot setting,the author expresses his longing for the pure land of the fairyland,the abandonment of the secular thoughts of the earth,the desire for the cultivation of truth,and the pursuit of spiritual transcendence andfreedom.The third chapter is to study the narrative art of Ming Dynasty's Dutuo Opera in the Zaju from Maiwangguan.This article mainly discusses the narrative mode,Ejingtou and dreams of Ming Dynasty's Dutuo Opera in the Zaju from Maiwangguan.Ming Dynasty's Dutuo Opera in the Zaju from Maiwangguan visually interprets the story of immortals leading ordinary people and making them become immortals,using aesthetic means to interpret the Taoist inner-dan cultivation theory,and promotes the cultivation concept of eliminating wine,women,wealth and temper,reflecting the life ethics of the Quanzhen religion.Compared to the Dutuo drama in Yuan Dynasty,it pays more attention to stage performance and greatly strengthens the stage nature of the script.The classic narrative mode and narrative methods have enhanced the artistic expression of Ming Dynasty's Dutuo Opera in the Zaju from Maiwangguan.
