In the new era,the construction of the public cultural service system is to meet the people 's more cultural expectations for a better life.With the attention and continuous efforts of the national and local governments on the construction of the public cultural service system,there are new opportunities for the construction and development of the public cultural service system,and the quality of cultural life of the people has also reached a new level.The construction of public culture includes the functions of satisfying demand and guaranteeing rights and interests.Whether the delivery of public cultural services is close to the needs of the people and the realization of cultural rights and interests,it is extremely necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of the construction of public cultural service system.This is of great significance to meet the increasing demands of citizens for a better cultural life,as well as a sense of gain and measure the government's ability and level of cultural governance.Based on the needs of citizens,this article takes Zhuzhou City's public cultural service system demonstration area as an example to discuss the quality of public cultural service system construction.Study the current status of citizens 'participation and enjoyment of public cultural services,with a view to improving citizens' satisfaction with public cultural services,and provide theoretical and practical references for the development of public cultural service systems.This article takes the satisfaction theory and the new public management theory as guidance,combines normative analysis and empirical analysis methods,defines key concepts on the basis of existing literature,and further builds a theoretical model and evaluation index system.Combine questionnaire data with field investigations,process data through quantitative methods such as descriptive analysis,reliability and validity test,mean difference analysis and path analysis,and fit the public cultural service system satisfaction model.According to the results of empirical investigation,it is found that there are problems in the construction of the demonstration area.Based on the actual and development direction of the public cultural service system,suggestions are made to improve the public cultural service satisfaction of the citizens and the government to improve the public cultural service system.Hard integration of precision services;second,integrate resources and create a social chorus construction atmosphere;third,learn from inside and outside the province to create a sustainable development demonstration zone.
