In the standard dance movement,the upper body of the dance partner basically maintains a frame shape,mainly relying on the lower limbs for movement,so the use of lower limb strength is very critical.The stability of the ankle plays a very important role in the exertion of the strength of the lower limbs.Therefore,the training to strengthen the stability of the ankle has become an important part of the training of standard dancers.Ballet basic training and standard dance ankle movements have many similarities in technical characteristics.If you can summarize and refine some content suitable for standard dance ankle stability exercises from ballet basic training,and improve and innovate,it will be possible for It can improve the stability of ankles of standard dancers and then improve their performance of standard dancers to provide effective training methods.This article selects 10 male students and 10 female students as the experimental objects in the sports dance class of Changzhi University through the literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method,and is divided into experimental group and control group,each group Five men and women each,the experimental group and the control group are trained 5 times a week after class,the experimental group uses basic ballet training each time,and the control group conducts standard dance routine training(in addition to this training,the standard dance class content and other extracurricular Activities are the same).After the experiment,the bipedal heel,the bipedal heel central control,the left and right singlefooted heel and the standard dance performance of the experimental group and the control group were tested.The stability of the ankle was tested using the Neuro Com balance measuring instrument.The standard dance performance was WDSF2.1 scoring system,using SPSS17.0 statistical software to compare and analyze the test data,analyze the effect of basic ballet training on the ankle stability of college standard dancers.The experimental results show that:(1)After 12 weeks of basic ballet training,the stability of the bipedal heel,central control of the bipedal heel and left and right single foot heels of the students in the experimental group improved significantly compared with the stability before the experiment,indicating basic ballet training Helps improve the stability of the ankle.(2)After 12 weeks of standard dance routine training,the stability of the control group's bipedal heel,central control of the bipedal heel,and the stability of the left and right single-footed heel are also slightly improved,indicating that traditional training methods can also improve the stability of the ankle,In line with the law of movement.(3)After 12 weeks of basic ballet training,the stability of the bipedal heel,central control of the bipedal heel and left and right single footed heels of the experimental group students was significantly improved compared to the stability of the control group,indicating that basic ballet training is more helpful Ankle stability improvement.(4)After 12 weeks of basic ballet training in the experimental group,the performance of standard dance was significantly better than that before the experiment.In the control group,after 12 weeks of regular training of standard dance,the performance of standard dance was not significantly improved compared to before the experiment,indicating that the basic ballet Compared with standard ankle training,standard training can improve the stability of students' ankles,allowing students to display standard dance combination routines more stably,smoothly and beautifully,and improve the performance of standard dance.Based on the above experimental results,this article proposes the following:(1)In the standard dance teaching of colleges and universities,the basic ballet training can be appropriately increased to effectively promote the stability of the ankle of standard dancers and improve the performance of standard dance.(2)It is recommended that in the followup research,continue to explore the promotion of ballet basic training to other aspects of standard dancers.(3)The content of basic ballet training proposed in this study can be further improved and optimized in subsequent studies.(4)Because the experimental objects involved in this study are college standard dancers,the research conclusions obtained are only valid for college standard dancers,and the effect for primary and secondary school standard dance practitioners is unknown.It is recommended to supplement them in subsequent studies.
