In the new period,as Chairman Deng Xiaoping put forward the slogan "education starts from children",people from all walks of life pay more and more attention to the cultivation of children.Latin dance can not only meet the physical exercise needs of children,but also better improve the appreciation of art,enhance confidence,so it has become the first choice of the majority of parents.Jive is the most cheerful dance in Latin dance,its technical characteristics to the ball of the foot as a support,waist and hip do bell swing.As the first joint of the human body on the ground,the ankle is important to the dance in four aspects:1.The dance style of cowboy dance determines its multiple jumping movements.When the human body jumps,it needs the rapid flexing and extending of the ankle joint to improve the explosive force,so as to guarantee the stable completion of the skill.2.The special crotch swing and bounce in cowboy dance requires the ankle to constantly flex and stretch for quick bounce to complete.If there is a slight error in the ankle joint in this process,it will lead to the technical movement is not in place,or even injury.3,cowboy dance on the ball of the foot to complete the technical movement,ankle in addition to bear the weight of the whole body but also bear the body pressure.4,cowboy dance melody fast,energy consumption,without oxygen,easy to produce a sense of fatigue,and ankle joint in the human body when fatigue,more prone to injury.Therefore,the enhancement of ankle joint stability is of great importance to the technique of jive and the prevention of sports injuries.However,there are few studies on ankle training of jive,and most of them focus on strength training.In this paper,using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,with 45 7 to 10 year old girl as the research object,it can be divided into three groups,combined with the elastic band,MATS and other equipment that balance of ankle proprioception +strength training,pure muscle strength training and traditional training,explore thethree kinds of training plan the different influence to the children’s Latin dancer,in order to find a suitable for children’s Latin dance ankle training plan,to further explore children’s Latin dance cowboy bing whether or not there is a relationship between technology and the ankle.After repeated measurement anova and one-way anova of the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The three groups of training programs all effectively improved the ankle proprioception of girls aged 7-10 years.2.Both balance pad + strength training and strength training can effectively improve the strength of the ankle joint,while the improvement effect of traditional training is not significant.3.The stability of ankle joint in the balance pad + strength training group and the pure strength training group was significantly improved,while the stability of ankle joint in the traditional training group was not significantly improved.The three training methods improved the stability of ankle joint from the largest to the smallest:balance pad + strength > pure strength training group > traditional training group.4.In terms of the overall score of girls aged 7-10 years old,the improvement effect of the balance mat + strength training group on the overall score of jive skills was better than that of the strength training group and the traditional training group.5.There was a significant negative correlation between ankle joint stability and ankle joint proprioception in girls aged from 7 to 10 years old.Ankle joint stability was correlated with ankle joint muscle strength and endurance--heel lift and stand,but not with maximum strength and speed.6.From 7 to 10 years old,girls’ jive skills were significantly correlated with ankle proprioception,ankle strength endurance,rapid strength and ankle joint stability,but not with maximum strength.
