With the popularity of Latin dance in China,children’s Latin dance players have also emerged in the international arena.However,compared with the top players of the same age in the world,their training level and competition performance still need to be improved.Due to the late development of Latin dance in China,a complete scientific training system has not yet been formed.Therefore,in order to further improve the overall level of young Latin dancers in my country,we must first start with improving the athletic ability of dancers,Looking for more optimized auxiliary practice methods.Ballet originated in the early Western countries,has a long history,and has formed a systematic and standardized scientific training system.In recent years,the practical role of the basic ballet training system in other related fields has been confirmed by predecessors,so it is quite feasible to integrate basic ballet training into children’s Latin dance classes.The research of this paper mainly starts with the integration of basic ballet training into children’s Latin dance classroom training,and explores the relationship between basic ballet training and children’s Latin dance athletic ability.The main research methods used in this paper are: experimental method,expert interview method,testing method,mathematical statistics method and literature data method.A teaching experiment was carried out through the experimental method.A total of 40 female students from the silver medal classes A and B of Ziting Dance Art School were selected as the research objects.Class A and B were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 students in each group.The experiment time is from September 2021 to December 2021,with a total of 16 weeks,two classes per week,each class of 90 minutes,a total of 32 class hours to complete the experiment.The experimental group adopts the training method that combines basic ballet training and children’s Latin dance classroom teaching,while the control group adopts traditional children’s Latin dance classroom training method.To explore the relationship between basic ballet training and children’s Latin dance athletic ability.(1)Before the experiment,the physical fitness and special technical ability of the experimental group and the control group were tested,and the final conclusion showed that there was no significant difference in the physical fitness index and special skill index of the two groups of students before the experiment(P>0.05).(2)After 16 weeks of traditional Latin dance classroom intervention in the control group,the students’ 30 s Latin hand position,sit-ups,1min single leg calf raise,cross quadrant jump,50 meters*8,rhythm expressiveness,dance style 7 items The improvement of the data was not obvious(P>0.05);the five indicators of the students’ 15 s cowboy kicking,sitting forward bending,standing on one foot with eyes closed,music rhythm,and dance movement skills were significantly improved,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).).(3)After the 16-week intervention experiment in the experimental group,the physical quality of the students has been significantly improved,showing a very significant difference(P < 0.01);music rhythm,rhythm expressiveness,dance style 3data The improvement was obvious,showing a significant difference(P<0.05),and the dance movement skills were improved very significantly,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01).(4)After the experiment,the physical fitness and special skills of the two groups were tested and analyzed.The final results showed that the students in the experimental group were in the Latin hand position for 30 s,sit-ups,calf raises on one leg for 1min,forward bending in sitting position,eyes closed and one foot.The 7items of standing,music rhythm,and dance movement skills were significantly higher than those in the control group,showing a significant difference(0.01<P<0.05).The data of each item were significantly higher than that of the control group,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01);the 50m*8 data of the experimental group was slightly higher than that of the control group,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of traditional Latin dance classroom intervention,it had a certain positive impact on the children’s Latin dance athletic ability in the control group,but the degree of influence was low,which was not conducive to the development of children’s Latin dance athletic ability.(2)After a 16-week intervention experiment that combined basic ballet training with traditional children’s Latin dance classroom teaching,it has a positive effect onResearch result:the improvement of children’s Latin dance athletic ability in the experimental group,and can practice various aspects of children’s Latin dance athletic ability in a targeted manner.Physical fitness and specific movement skills.(3)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,the training method of combining basic ballet training with traditional children’s Latin dance classroom teaching in the experimental group was more effective than the traditional children’s Latin dance classroom training method in the control group,and the learning effect was more obvious.It is helpful to improve the physical fitness and specialized skills of children’s Latin players. |
