Cheerleading is a unique and charming sport,which has been loved by the masses in recent years.With the rapid development of cheerleading,it has become very common in college physical education courses,and the research on cheerleading training and teaching is particularly important.At present,basic ballet training is one of the most authoritative training systems in the dance industry,with a set of scientific training methods.Under the trend of the increasingly blending of sports and art,basic ballet training has gradually been widely used in the training and teaching of various sports and art projects,which plays an important role in the physical quality,body shape and artistic expression of the practitioners themselves.The integration of basic ballet training into college teaching has also gradually received attention,but the relevant research is less.This study takes the basic training of ballet as the research object in teaching college dance cheerleading pull.The experiment selected 64 students from two physical education classes in 2022 at the Yunnan College of Business Management.By using the literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics methods,this paper analyzes the impact of integrating basic ballet training into dance cheerleading teaching.By comparing the data obtained from the teaching experiment,the following conclusions are finally reached:(1)The integration of basic ballet training into dance cheerleading teaching positively impacts students’ physical quality.In the test of closed-eye single-leg balance、forward bending and vertical jumping,the data showed significant differences among the front side,the comparison between the experimental class and the control class.Also,the comparison between the experimental class and the experimental group showed that the integration of basic ballet training was conducive to improving students’ balance ability,explosive power,and flexibility.(2)The Integrating basic ballet training into dance cheerleading teaching has a particular promoting effect on the teaching effect.The students in the experimental class have made significant progress in the movement learning of dance cheerleading,and they have significantly improved their performance.Through the scores of the prescribed routine of dance cheerleading,artistic expression,movement and music,and the total score of the final examination,it is found that there is a significant difference between the results of the experimental class and the control class.It is found that the integration of basic ballet training is conducive to improving the teaching effect and the students’ body posture,technical level and special performance.(3)The integration of basic ballet training into dance cheerleading teaching has brought students’ learning interest and aesthetic awareness to a new height.Through the feedback from questionnaires in the front and back of the experimental class,we can learn that students can improve their requirements and sense of classroom participation,enhance aesthetic awareness and ability,and help students form positive and active learning awareness.(4)Through teaching experiments,basic ballet training can be integrated into dance cheerleading teaching.Basic ballet training can help students stretch muscle lines,increase movement range,strengthen body balance and coordination,improve body flexibility,and exercise elegant temperament.It can mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning,expand the teaching ideas of cheerleading class,and promote students’ all-around development. |
