| With the development of the society, people pay more and more attention to the importance of physical and mental health. However, due to its lack of awareness to prevent sports injuries, muscle injuries often occur in the process of sports, among which the most easily injured joint is the ankle joint,is also relatively easy to repeatedly injured joints. At the same time, the decrease of balance ability is also easy to cause ankle joint injury, and the stability of the ankle joint affects the balance of the body to a great extent.College students are more physically active and have a higher risk of ankle injuries. Therefore, how to improve the balance ability of college students, improve the stability of ankle joint, promote the health of college students is a very important research direction. Objective: this paper takes the Waltz dance as the exercise intervention, and through the 12-week exercise intervention of ordinary college students in the Waltz dance, explores the influence of Waltz training on the balance ability and ankle joint stability of ordinary college students. It provides theoretical support for people to understand the effect of Waltz training on balance ability of college students and the effect on ankle joint stability, and provides a new intervention method for improving the current situation of chronic ankle joint instability in college students. To enable college students to realize the positive role of Waltz training,so as to fully recognize the importance of their own physical fitness, and can actively participate in sports in study and life, enhance their physical fitness and resistance, improve the health of college students. Methods: this study used the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics to group 30 ordinary college students(non-sports subjects)recruited from baoding college in line with the design of this study and conduct a 12-week experimental intervention.30 subjects were randomly divided into two groups according to gender, namely, the Waltz training group(N=15)and the blank control group(N=15).The Waltz training group had 12 weeks of Waltz training twice a week for 90 minutes. The blank control group did not intervene in Waltz dance and maintained normal life. Before and after the experiment, the stability score of the ankle joint, the SEBT test, the closed eye monopod stand test and the closed eye stand test were carried out,and the final conclusion was drawn through the data collation and analysis. Results :(1)there was a significant difference in ankle stability score before and after the intervention in Waltz training group, and the ankle stability score was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in ankle stability score before and after intervention in the blank control group(P>0.05).(2)before and after the intervention, the indicators of static balance ability of the Waltz training group were significantly changed, and the appearance of the subjects with their eyes closed and feet on one foot was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention(P < 0.01).There was no significant change in the appearance of the blank control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05).(3)before and after the intervention, the indexes of dynamic balance ability in the Waltz training group were significantly changed compared with those before the intervention, the subjects’ SEBT elongation distance was significantly increased compared with that before the intervention, and the time of closing eyes and standing still was significantly improved compared with that before the intervention. Conclusion :(1)the 12-week waltz training can improve the static balance ability of ordinary college students to a certain extent, which is conducive to their better maintenance of static balance.(2)the 12-week waltz training can improve the dynamic balance ability of ordinary college students to a certain extent.(3)waltz training for 12 weeks can improve the ankle stability of ordinary college students to a certain extent, and can improve the chronic ankle instability of ordinary college students to a certain extent. |
