Research On The Influence Of Cultural And Creative Industry Agglomeration On Regional Innovation Ability

Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing" has led China to turn to a new field of innovation and knowledge driven development.As an emerging industry driving the transformation of economic structure,cultural and creative industries are an important carrier of regional innovation and development.At the same time,cultural and creative industries show obvious clustering phenomenon,characterized by high integration,high technology and high penetration Regional innovation provides a complete industrial system support,and with the flow of innovation elements inside and outside the cluster,regional innovation has a continuous development momentum.Xi’an,as the leader of cultural and creative industry development in Western China,relies on policy and location advantages,which makes cultural and creative industries continuously gather and form a agglomeration effect.Therefore,it is of great significance for Xi’an to investigate the specific factors that affect the innovation of cultural and creative industry cluster and analyze the impact of cultural and creative industry cluster on regional innovation.According to the theory of regional innovation and industrial agglomeration,based on the research status of cultural and creative industries and regional innovation at home and abroad,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the relationship between cultural and creative industries agglomeration and regional innovation capacity,and further studies whether cultural and creative industriesagglomeration has an impact on regional innovation,and what are its mechanism.Then select the time series of Xi’an Cultural and creative industry cluster and the development of regional innovation level,construct the regional innovation ability index,and use factor analysis method to calculate the two kinds of factor scores to quantify the regional innovation level.On the basis of theoretical discussion,through the test of VAR model and regression model,from the quantitative point of view,it is verified that Xi’an Cultural and creative industry cluster is an important factor affecting the regional innovation ability,and the degree of Xi’an Cultural and creative industry cluster and regional innovation development phenomenon are understood.The results show that the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries in Xi’an is obvious,which has a positive correlation with the development of regional innovation ability.During the sample period of 2005-2018,there is only a long-term stable relationship between the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries in Xi’an and the regional innovation ability.It is believed that the development of regional innovation ability will also increase every 1% of the agglomeration level of cultural and creative industries in Xi’an Up 2.519%.At the same time,after the Granger causality test,it is also found that the gathering of cultural and creative industries has a significant positive effect on Xi’an’s regional innovation capacity,and they form a long-term stable relationship.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)the differentiated development of cultural and creative agglomeration,expanding the radiation effect of cultural and creative agglomeration;(2)optimizing the innovation environment and improving the intellectual property protection system;(3)optimizing the innovation environment and improving the intellectual property protection system;(4)strengthening the cooperation between industry,University and research,and promoting the upgrading of industrial chain.
