Study On The Development Of Cultural Creative Industries Of Hunan Province-Based On Cluster Innovation

With the development of knowledge economy and spread of Information Technology (IT), culture creative has greater impacts in many countries. Under the conditions of developing emerging industries of strategic importance (EISI), constructing the industry chain and innovation network will upgrade the pace and growth quality of Hunan culture creative industry (CCI). For the concepts of CCI is still unclear, and the influencing factors and growth mechanism of CCI are still at the exploratory stage and with little experience, this article attempts to explore growth mechanism of CCI from cluster innovation perspective, which has some guidance and reference significance to the development of Hunan CCI.Firstly, this paper reviewed some literatures about cluster innovation, the development of CCI and CCI cluster. Based on cluster innovation perspective, this paper tries to explain the mechanism about CCI, which provides theoretical foundations for following research. Secondly, following related theories of industry cluster and cluster innovation, this paper analyzed the developing states, comparative analysis with developed regions, strengths and constraint factors of Hunan CCI. All of theory building and field investigation will support the following empirical study. Thirdly, this paper has explored the influence factors of Hunan CCI innovation, and used AHP method to determine the importance of five factors. And then, we built a set of evaluation indicators, and used principal components analysis (PCA) method to synthetically evaluate the CCI developing levels of 14 cities in Hunan. Lastly, five meaningful suggestions were put up for the government based on the empirical results and field research.
