With the development of network technology,the use of mobile phones has become more and more widespread,and the problem of mobile phone addiction caused by this has gradually been paid attention to and researched.Mobile phone addiction is an act of over-using mobile phones.There is an excessive uncontrollable strong demand and dependence on the use of mobile phones,which leads to the significant impact of individual psychological and social functions.Life events affect individuals’ lifestyles and behaviors.Studies at home and abroad have shown that lifestyle has a significant predictive effect on mobile phone addiction.Combined with the results of previous studies,this study validated the relationship between life events and mobile phone addiction among middle school students,and explored whether the effect of rumor thinking as a mediator variable and peer attachment as a regulatory variable was significant.In order to verify the above conjecture,this study selected students from the seventh,eighth and ninth grades of Shangqiu and Wuhan to take the test.In the class,900 students were firstly surveyed,and the life events,Cell phone addiction,rumor thinking and peer attachment are measured and the results of the questionnaire are processed.turn out:(1)The positive predictive effect of life events on mobile phone addiction is significant.(2)Anti-crime thinking plays a mediating role in the relationship between life events and mobile addiction.(3)Peer attachment plays a regulatory role in the relationship between life events and mobile addiction,and plays a regulatory role in the mediating role of rumor thinking in the relationship between life events and mobile addiction.On the basis of Study 1,a group counseling program with the theme of rumor-based thinking intervention was developed.The group-assisted intervention was conducted 8 times in two months,once a week.Twelve subjects with high mobile addiction scores were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group and the control group were tested before and after,and the rumination thinking level and the score of mobile phone addiction scale were measured before and after intervention.The results showed that the active anti-mite thinking group intervention had a good intervention effect on middle school students’ mobile addiction behavior.According to the results of questionnaires and interventions,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions on the problem of middle school students’ mobile phone addiction:from the perspective of school,it should pay attention to the discovery and intervention of middle school students’ mental health problems,and conduct a mental health survey for freshmen entering the school,focusing on the current psychological situation;For the class teacher,it is necessary to pay attention to the timely feedback of the students,and to solve problems as soon as possible to solve the problem;psychological teachers as professionals,in addition to assisting the school to complete the psychological census and other basic mental health activities,we must regularly meet the students The main questions are to start some psychological lectures,or to recruit students with psychological distress to conduct subject group intervention counseling.The most important thing is to actively publicize mental health related knowledge in the whole school,so that everyone can have a comprehensive and correct understanding of mental health problems.Others or psychological teachers ask for help.
