Along with the development of the smart mobile phone, cell phone has been from the simple tools gradually developed into the mobile multimedia terminals combined more entertainment function with more practical function, etc. Although they bring many convenience to people’s life, but it is just like a double-edged sword.If unrestrained use, it will reduce the efficiency of work and study, and impair the health of body and mind, and make the real communication between people less and less, thus affecting the quality of life. Therefore, the problem of the smart phone addiction is getting more and more attention.Conducted in a university, the study was to survey the current situation of college students’ smart phone addiction, and measure whether the cognitive-behavioral group counseling have a significant effect intervention to smart phone addiction college students. The writer selected 500 college students randomly for the investigation, and look into the smart phone addiction of college students. At the same time recruiting members of the group for the entire school students,and then the writer combined with the result of questionnaire and interview to choose 20 students to participate in the study who reached the standard of smart phone addiction. The 20 students were randomly assigned to the experimental group and control group, the experimental group members will participate the cognitive-behavioral group counseling for two months,and the control group members do not be interfered. The two groups was tested at the same time with the college students’ smart phone addiction scale before and after measuring and tracking measurement, finally the results were analyzed.Results show that the college students’ smart phone addiction is optimistic, the cognitive-behavioral group counseling on the students’ smart phone addiction intervention has significant effect, the specific conclusions are as follows:1. After the group counseling, the score and total score of experimental group in the smart phone addiction on each dimension than the pretest exist significant differences, mobile phone addiction of the experimental group members get improved significantly. The experimental group on the smart phone addiction tendency of each dimension score and total score than the control group exist significant differences.2. After the group counseling, the control group’s pretest and post test in the smart phone addiction’s tendency on each dimension score and total score does not exist significant difference. For failing to control group members do intervention, so their scores have no obvious change.3. After the track test, the experimental group on the smart phone addiction’s each dimension and total score does not exist significant difference, the effect of group counseling has a certain continuity.
