Chinese character teaching is an indispensable part of TCFL,because learning Chinese characters can help learners master more vocabulary and achieve the purpose of communication in Chinese.Therefore,this paper takes "贝 " as an example to conduct teaching experiments,aiming to help learners understand the relationship between vocabulary and the Chinese characters that record these words more deeply through systematic Chinese character teaching,so as to master more vocabulary and better use Chinese for communication.This paper consists of four parts:the introduction part explains the origin of the topic,defines the concepts involved in this paper,and determines the research methods of this paper.In addition,it also analyzes the general situation of the research on component teaching and the research on n "贝" part of Chinese characters.In the second part,the author first searches and sorts out the "贝" part of the textbook”快乐汉语"(English version)and the vocabulary and example sentences containing the word;then in order to supplement the teaching content,the author sorts out the "贝" part of the syllabus,lists the original meaning of the word,the meaning of the word and each meaning item,and analyzes the meaning relationship of the words.The third part is the overall teaching design of the Chinese character course with the theme of"贝".First,according to the teaching materials,the teaching Chinese characters such as "货,员,资,购,赚,贵,赛" and the specific teaching contents such as vocabulary,example sentences,antonyms are determined;then,the teaching objects are analyzed from the aspects of students’ source,characteristics and existing Chinese level;finally,the whole teaching design idea is described,including the details of the teaching design positioning and teaching objectives,etc.,and Including teaching principles and methods,as well as the design of specific teaching steps.The fourth part is the specific implementation and reflection of teaching design.It includes the introduction,new character teaching,consolidation practice,classroom activities,induction and summary,assignment and other teaching links;the teaching effect investigation through diagnostic test and the analysis of the test results;finally,it reflects on the whole teaching design and implementation from the results and shortcomings.
