The thesis analyses singing of the song circle.The writer study and perform Ariettes oubliées,a song circle by impressionism composer Claude Debussy who is come from French,and to explain how to sing the song circle.The thesis includes three chapters.The first chapter introduced character of impressionism in music.The second chapter is about biography of composer and his vocal work,and illustrated background and content of the song circle.The third chapter is the most important part of the thesis,including relationship between lyrics rhythm and vocal lines.Meanwhile,the writer analyses tonality and music form of six works in the song circle through charts,and then discuss relationship of accompany form and vocal lines.Lastly,the writer illustrate the singing style of Ariettes oubliées through composers style.
