After more than ten years of development,China's education and training industry has gradually developed and formed a stable market structure,and plays an important role in the national economy.In the market,the rapid development of various types of educational and training institutions has also made the human resources management more and more important.Performance management has been the major focus of human resources related work for quite a long time.A scientific performance management system can improve the efficiency of educational and training institutions.It helps to enhance the stability and comprehensive competition,and gain the upper hand in the market.How to formulate a reasonable and effective performance management system according to the actual situation of educational institutions is an urgent problem to be solved in human resources management of educational institutions.This article mainly focused on E-English training center for kids.At present,60%of the staff of E-center are teachers,and the number of teacher has been over 100.Starting from the present situation of Teachers' Performance Management in E-center,by using literature study,survey research,Interview method,combining with the actual situation and strategic plan of E-Center,this article designs the improvement of performance management.The study of this article not only focused on solving the problem of E-Center,but also provided reference for the teachers' performance management of schools,other education and training institutions,training companies and other organizations.
