| In recent years,along with the changes of parents’ educational concepts,art education and training institutions have shown a rapid growth trend,and the competition has become increasingly fierce.Hohhot S Art Training Center is a local private training institution.In recent years,although the number of trainees and other business indicators have shown a growing trend,the growth rate and social reputation have a certain gap with the local industry leaders,which is largely due to its unscientific impractical performance management,it hard to meet the needs of the company.Therefore,it is of strong practical research significance to analyze the current situation of teacher performance management in S Art Training Center,to conduct a comprehensive discussion on the problems existing in its performance management,and then to propose a feasible performance management optimization strategy.At the same time,it is also hoped that through this research,it can provide an effective reference for other art education and training institutions to strengthen internal performance management.This paper takes the performance management practice of the teachers’ Department of Hohhot S Art Training Center as the research object.Based on the guidance of the performance management theory,through questionnaires and field visits,the performance management problems of the training center for teachers are carefully sorted out,summarized and analyzed.Through systematic research,it is found that teachers and managers have many misunderstandings and biases in the cognition of performance management.There are also many problems in the design of the whole performance management index system and the application of performance evaluation results,which need to be optimized and adjusted.Therefore,based on the support of detailed data,this paper outlines the optimization objectives and principles of teachers’ performance management system.On this basis,it puts forward targeted improvement suggestions from the aspects of establishing correct performance management cognition,establishing scientific and perfect performance evaluation index system,and paying attention to the effective use of performance evaluation results,and puts forward corresponding guarantee mechanism construction measures,Finally,S Art Training Center will improve the performance management level of teachers,and provide reference and inspiration for the performance management practice of other small and medium-sized private training institutions. |
