In recent years,with the transformation of economic development in our country,the cultural industry to flourish,but behind the rapid growth of the cultural industry of the company's competition is increasingly fierce,FC culture industry group co.,LTD.,as the participants of the cultural industry,its development is inevitably influenced by the market competition,therefore,to suit a optimization to improve the FC cultural industry group co.,LTD performance management system,and effective implementation of the application,promote company performance,so as to improve corporate soft power,is particularly important.Based on the theory of human resource related,through in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey to get data,discusses the FC current situation of the development of cultural industry group co.,LTD.,company performance evaluation index of a single,do not take the performance appraisal management,performance evaluation mechanism is not clear,the assessment results have not been applied,and the balanced scorecard theory,analytic hierarchy process theory is introduced to select the typical financial Treasury departments,as well as its comprehensive accounting consists of duty as a case,improving optimization design to the existing evaluation indexes and formed corporate level-departmental staff level of multidimensional performance evaluation index system,Provide reference for the company to set up performance appraisal index.Finally,the safeguard measures for FC Cultural Industry Group Co.,Ltd.based on the balanced scorecard assessment were formulated,which were elaborated from the four aspects of organizational guarantee,personnel guarantee,system guarantee,and results application in order to achieve the smooth implementation of performance management.
