Men who have sex with men(MSM)are among the leading high-risk groups of people living with HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases(STI).Sexual Risk-Taking behavior such as multiple sexual partners and unprotected anal sex are common in MSM.After a explosive development,in recent years, social software(GSN apps)based on geographic location information has become the main way for MSM to seek sexual partner and making MSM seeking more convenient and frequent, and promoting unpro tected behavior,inter-group sexual behavior and substance abuse and other risky behavior.Previous studies have only focused on the description of MSM sexual Risk-Taking behavior or whether various intervention methods are effective, while the psychological mechanism of MSM sexual behavior is neglected, resulting in various sexual risk behavioral intervention methods are not targeted and verifiable. There are many opinions that are totally different in the study of the psychological mechanism of MSM sexual risk behavior.Enlighten from the past studies,self-control may be a mediator in the step of loneliness-influencing risk-taking behavior, but for the direction of influence whether are of promotion or of inhibition is still unknown, suggesting that there may exist a more complicated process where a moderator effect are. After studying the literature,it is found that sexual sensation seeking may throw a huge impact on an individual's sexual risk behavior and is closely related to self-control,and suggest that sexual sensation seeking may be a variable of moderator. In addition, sexual attitudes are often understood as sexual behaviors attitudes in previous studie s,but in recent years there have been many studies pointing out that sexual risk perception is also part of sexual attitudes and also affects sexual behavior. If sexual risk attitudes and sexual behaviors attitudes are independent of each other, then neglected sexual risk attitudes may be an important factor leading to widely different research results.Based on a large number of studies at home and abroad, this study aims to study the psychological mechanism of loneliness affecting MSM sexual risk behavior, explore the psychological factors and individual differences affecting this mechanism, and clarify the reasons for the inconsistency of previous research conclusions, and hope to make it more possible for decision makers to develop differentiated and targeted HIV/STI prevention strategies. The study used Blued which is the most popular social media app as a research platform, with integrated scale which includes the UCLA loneliness scale, the adapted self-control scale, the adapted sensory temperament scale, the adapted attitude scale and the adapted risk behavior questionnaire was used.A total of 2000 ques tionnaires were distributed, and 604 copies were finally validated. And draw the following conclusions:(1)There is a significant correlation between loneliness and MSM sexual risk behavior, and the higher the loneliness of MSM individual risk behavior scores.(2)The role of sexual self-control in mediating loneliness on MSM sexual risk behavior.(3)Sexual sensation seeking plays an regulatory effect as a moderator on the influence of loneliness on self-control and self-control on sexual risk-taking behavior.Only on individuals who seek high sexual sensation, loneliness will reduce self-control and increase the incidence of sexual risk behavior.(4)Although sexual risk behavior is a kind of risk decision-making,the experimental conclusions of risk decision-making are contrary to the actual data in terms of sexual risk behavior, indicating that the type of risk decision may be a regulatory variable, leading to loneliness on gambling tasks and The effects of sexual risk behavior have completely different results,so it is possible to explain why the various research conclusions are diametrically opposed.
