Decision making behavior will be impact by the individual’s experience of risk taking.By combining the sequential risk taking task and the functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)technique, the current study tried to investigate the influence of others’ risk-taking behavior on the individual’s emotion and risk-taking behavior. After the scanning of rs-fMRI,participants were asked to finish the sequential risk taking task during the task-fMRI scanning. In the each trial of the task, participants firstly could get the information of others’ outcome.Others’ outcomes were divided into good, general and poor conditions.Secondly, participants would be showed the other’ ratings of their feelings on a 9-point scale. The others’ feeling was divided into three tendency which were the tendency of regret, general mood and the tendency of relief. And then participants were asked to rate for participant’s own feelings on the same scale towards others’ outcome. Finally, participants finished a similar risk-taking task. After scanning, participants were asked to fill out the social comparison orientation scale. The behavior results showed that both others’ objective results and subjective emotional mood will affect participant’s emotional feelings. When others got the bad results, participant will feel bad too.And the scale of participant’s rating will be lower when other have the excessive regret emotional rating even though they have the same objective results. In addition, the subsequent decision-making behaviors of the participants will be only influenced by the objective results of others. The worse the objective result of others is,the more risky the individual subsequent risk decision will be.The result of the task-fMRI shows that the activations of striatum, dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)and Insula were increased when other got the bad objective results. In addition, their activities of DLPFC and Insula were positively correlated with the difference of the subsequent decision-making behaviors. Moreover,as for the emotional mood of others, the more tendency of others to excessive regret, the more the Insula activities there were. And the result of the rs-fMRI shows that the tendency of individual’s social comparison was positively correlated with the functional connectivity between left OFC and right striatum. Moreover, the sensitivity of individual’s behavior changing to others’ outcomes was negatively correlated with the functional connectivity between left striatum and right IPL.In addition, the sensitivity of individual’s behavior changing to others’ outcomes was negatively correlated with the ReHo value of right OFC.In conclusion,we found that other experiment of risktaking will influence the individual emotional mood and the sequential risk taking behavior.Striatum,DLPFC and Insula were involved in the process. On the other hand, there are individual difference when they study from others’ experience. The data of this study indicated that OFC,striatum and IPL are involved in the impact of others’ decision on individual risk-taking behavior. |
