Nowadays,increasing number of college graduates lead to the problem of employment.Under such conditions,employment insecurity more easily been found on graduates and it will impair their mental health,but fewer domestic studies have focused on the filed.So,the article focus on the relationship between employment insecurity and mental health.In addition,to provide the basis for promoting the level of mental health of graduates during the job search process.The article used questionnaires to survey 575 graduating students and then use statistical software SPSS21.0 and Mplus7.4 to do some analysis on the collected data.The results indicated that:1.Employment insecurity of graduates has significant differences in gender,education,family location and only-children or non-only-children,but doesn’t have significant difference between different professionals.2.Employment insecurity of graduates was significant negative correlated with mental health and could predict it significantly;3.Social support of graduates mediated the relationship between employment insecurity and mental health.4.Different personality characteristics of graduates moderated the relationship between employment insecurity and mental health.5.Extraversion of graduates moderated the mediated effects of social support.That is,extraversion moderated the second path of the mediation.
