Rancière gives the effect of art ‘redistribution of aesthetics'.It should be said that this is not uncommon in the history of western aesthetics,but the value of Rancière's political aesthetics lies in the uniqueness of the interpretation of the way that ‘art breaks and reorganizes the existing perceptual distribution'.However,the research about ‘the aesthetic regime of the arts' on which is concentrated by the academic circles in domestic and abroad ignores the discussion of this core issue.Therefore,the paper proposes the question to be studied: what is the way by which the aesthetic operate in the field of art?Following the steps,the paper is supposed to solve :How does the sensible of transcendence manifest itself in art,how the sensible of art is perceived,and the influence of aesthetic perception on the aesthetic subject and then on society.The ‘Artistic Regimes' is based on ‘the distribution of sensible',and the core of ‘the aesthetic regime of the arts' is in ‘the redistribution of aesthetics',so it should be traced back to ‘the distribution of sensible' and ‘the redistribution of aesthetics'.In the theoretical context of Rancière,‘aesthetics' refers to ‘sensible',which can be traced back to Kant's ‘transcendental sensible theory' and Baumgarten's ‘sense' from the history of aesthetics,and ‘distribution' can be traced back to Foucault's ‘biopolitics'.The process of aesthetic operation in art is divided into three mutually inherited processes:Firstly,the birth of modern art is due to the requirements of equality brought by the French Revolution to the daily life and art.Through the material,art makes the people perceive the collective spirit transcending the material,perceive the equality and freedom;Secondly,art works make the equality be perceived by certain forms,which means that art can neither adopt pure formalism nor use the reproduction system that imitates the order of reality.So art should make art works produce ‘dissensus' in two different perceptions,and be connected and separated in the ‘common scale';Finally,theredistribution of sensible in art extends to real life,which makes the ‘liberated audience'born and be 'subjective'.It can promote the arrival of the future ‘community' in reality.At this point,Rancière completed the process of redistribution of sensible in art:By paralleling the perception of aesthetic transcendence carried by material and the ethical perception in real life,and by the way of ‘dissensus' to make the perceptual of equality overflow the existing distribution of sensible,people can break the realistic order and realize ‘the redistribution of aesthetic'.The transcendence of equality in art exists not from art itself,but from the equality of human perceptual experience.Therefore,art naturally extends into life,and the ‘community' in art is the display of the future community of mankind in art-politics.Rancière's political aesthetics has its unique value on theory and reality,as well as its theoretical defects and a certain degree of fantasy.In general,he's aesthetic thought is the new development of aesthetic liberation theory in the post-industrial era and post-modern culture.
