The distribution of the sensible is the core concept of French Philosopher Rancière's political aesthetics theory,which is also called the sharing of sensible objects.It is the specific division and regulation of position,occupation and ability in the community,and has two opposite meanings of inclusion and division.He emphasized that by disrupting the existing "police",creating a sense of ambiguity,thus realizing the integration and reconstruction of sensible distribution forms.The dissertation can be divided into four parts:Prolegomenon introduces Rancière's life and academic situation,combs the research status of Rancière in domestic and foreign academia,as well as the research methods of this paper.Chapter one: Explain the connotation of The distribution of the sensible.Firstly,the origin of Rancière's thought is sorted out.The distribution of the sensible originates from criticism of Althusser's structuralist Marxism.inheritance and development of Foucault's discourse theory.Secondly,it explains the basic meaning of The distribution of the sensible,which determines the connection mode between action,perception and thought form.Finally,clarify the relationship between politics and aesthetics.They share the same essence.they are the concrete manifestations of The distribution of the sensible,which makes political aesthetics possible.Chapter two: Aesthetic connotation of The distribution of the sensible.Rancière distinguishes the meaning of aesthetics,which refers to The distribution of the sensible in the broad sense and "aesthetic regime of art" in the narrow sense.Under the guidance of The distribution of the sensible,Rancière distinguishes three kinds of artistic systems: the ethical regime of images;the representative/poetics of art;and the aesthetic regime of art.Chapter Three: Art Criticism Based on The distribution of the sensible.This chapter focuses on the practice of political aesthetics theory of The distribution of the sensible in specific artistic texts.Through the unique view of "Executing Emma",this paper reveals the disturbance and conflict of the aesthetic regime to the reproduction regime.By creating disgrennment theatres and suspending the established sensible distribution mode,new sensible experience can be constructed and new possibilities can be created.The "Emancipated audience" embodies Rancière's concept of aesthetic equality.Chapter four: The logical starting point,destination and evaluation of Rancière's political aesthetics.From a historical point of view,this paper combs Rancière's political aesthetic thought about The distribution of the sensible as its core,infers that he takes "intellectual equality" as the starting point,disturbs the existing distribution of sensible objects through the way of ambiguity,and finally achieves the ideal of "aesthetic equality",and evaluates this theory in a dialectical way.
