The concept of "dissensus community" is a socio-political concept proposed by French left-wing thinker Jacques Rancière.By rethinking the intellectual order, the concept of "equality" and the social public of aesthetics, this concept tries to fuse aesthetic subjects from different classes into a community with differences and mutual tolerance,so as to realize the maximum exploitation of the social potential of aesthetics. But the potential of this concept is obviously not limited to this.In Jacques Rancière’s original conception of the "dissensus community",he assumed the possibility of reaching an aesthetic consensus between two distinct aesthetic subjects, and not just between people from different classes. Therefore, applying this concept to different ethnic cultures and exploring its feasibility of producing a "horizontal fusion" among multicultural subjects becomes a problem of both potential and possibility. The historical phenomenon of " style travel " on the Silk Road may also provide a reference historical coordinate for such a theoretical possibility.Behind the phenomenon of "style travel" on the Silk Road, there existed not only cultural exchanges across different "cultural classes" but also a "horizontal fusion" of visitors from different ethnic groups. These historical phenomena of "horizontal fusion" are either created by the common features of genre communication,or by the common themes of the times faced in genre travel,or are transmitted across regions by a sense of aesthetic commonality,or are spread by a material basis or a "potential ".This provides a valuable historical experience of how the concept of "dissensus community"has been "horizontally fused" among different ethnic cultures. In addition, the extension of the concept of "dissensus community" in the historical dimension can also be confirmed and expanded in the context of the "cultural and style travel" on the Silk Road: the phenomenon of "cultural and style travel" on the Silk Road reveals The phenomenon of "style travel" on the Silk Road reveals to us that it is the "age of difference" and the "indefinite" openness and inclusiveness of multiple genres in their travels and production that make them persist in the long history and maintain an enduring community for The theoretical concept of dissensus community" provides rich real-life cases and potential for interpretation. Finally, the Silk Road "style travel" also provides a new dimension for thinking about certain theoretical gaps within the concept of "dissensus community": in the historical phenomenon of cross-cultural transmission of various genres, not only has a cultural community of equality and mutual appreciation been constructed, but also the "cultural class" wall has been built. In the historical context of "cultural class" barriers and the increasingly solidified"exclusivity" of specific cultural circles,"style travel" has not only been difficult to perform the historical role of bridging different ethnic cultures, but has also been often transformed into a form of a cultural "means of domination" and used to reinforce the centrality of a specific cultural class. At this level, reflecting on the phenomenon of"style travel" on the Silk Road will help the concept of "dissensus community" to learn from history in its theoretical application, and further reflect on its internal effects on"cultural class" and "cultural acquisition" theoretical crisis of inadequate preparation for "cultural class" and "cultural acquisition barriers".
