Research On The Present Situation And Improvement Countermeasures Of The Retired Cadres' Culture Endowment In Binzhou City

At present,in the context of the increasingly severe aging of the population,how to solve the problem of "old-age care" of more than 200 million people has become a primary task in front of our government.With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the material life has become more and more affluent,and the basic realization of "supporting the elderly".However,compared with developed countries,China,which is still in the primary stage of socialism,is still in the stage of "material endowment",and the concept and atmosphere of promoting endowment by culture have not been formed.In addition to the importance and particularity of retired cadres,cultural endowment has become the need of The Times and the demand of the society.In regard to retired cadres cultural endowment,currently,our country has carried on the positive exploration and practice effectively,but there are still a lot of factors that limit the discovery of the,such as: for of the particularity of the retired officials consider inadequate,insufficient social awareness of cultural endowment,imperfect position platform construction,content,carrier is not rich,the guarantee of legal system is not sound and so on.Therefore,it is imperative to do a good job in cultural endowment for retired cadres.In this paper,binzhou city is selected as the research object to improve the index of happy life in old age of retired cadres in binzhou city and improve the level of cultural endowment for retired cadres in binzhou city.Literature review method,practical investigation method and comparative analysis method are used to comprehensively analyze the cultural endowment of retired cadres in binzhou city.First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of binzhou city retired cadres cultural endowment,through practical investigation,from the personal basic situation,subjective cognition of culture endowment,activities,hobbies,emotional state of mind,interpersonal relationship,the choice of organizational life after retirement,and selection of the location of the culture endowment eight aspects that retired cadres of the demand for cultural endowment,and with the existing four types of binzhou city cultural endowment patterns were analyzed,and summarizes its main methods and characteristics.Secondly,combined with the actual development of binzhou,this paper points out the current problems in the organization construction,resource allocation,concept cognition,platform construction and system guarantee of the cultural endowment of retired cadres in binzhou.Thirdly,the author draws lessons from the experienceand practice of weihai and qufu in shandong province.Finally,from strengthening the construction of retired cadres of the organization and the party branch construction,strengthen cultural endowment the new idea of publicity,optimize the allocation of resources,strengthen communities and ngos in the role of culture endowment and establishing and perfecting the retired cadres cultural endowment from five aspects,such as long-term mechanism on how to enhance the level of binzhou city retired cadres cultural endowment pertinence and advice are put forward.
