Research On Characteristic Cultivation Of Endowment Towns Of Cultural Resources In Henan Province

The development of small towns with distinctive characteristics and full of charm according to local conditions is an important starting point for the transformation and upgrading of new urbanization.The first important feature of featured towns is "characteristics." How to grasp "characteristics",cultivate "characteristics",and highlight "characteristics" are the first problems to be solved in the construction of a featured town.Henan Province boasts extremely rich cultural resources,and as a result,cultural resources are endemic to small towns.Exploring cultural resource-based townships to cultivate distinctive features will help create a culturally gifted,featured town and promote a new type of urbanization.To a certain extent,this has not only responded to the call of the national policy,but also provided important reference for the development and implementation of the township development policy and characteristic town development strategy in Henan Province.First of all,taking the cultural resources of Henan Province as a research object,a basic research on related theoretical results at home and abroad was carried out.The related concepts and the types of cultural resources-creating towns were clearly defined,and the cultural resource endowments were analyzed in depth.The characteristics and connotation of township characteristics cultivation.Secondly,it analyzes the distribution of the cultural resources of endowment-type towns in Henan Province on a practical level,the overall status of characteristic cultivation,and the development of specific cases,and from an empirical perspective,builds a characteristic evaluation of cultural resources and endowment-type towns.The indicator system,using the principal component analysis method,analyzes the features of the characteristic cultivation and development of the cultural resources of Henan Province.Afterwards,based on Zhejiang Province as a frame of reference,a comparative analysis of the characteristic cultivation and development level of the cultural resource-endowed towns of Henan Province and Zhejiang Province based on the characteristic cultivation characteristics and development characteristics of the cultural resources endowment towns,the cultural resources endowment type of Henan Province was drawn.The gap existing in township characteristics cultivation and its concrete reasons.Finally,with reference to the successful experience of Zhejiang province,the characteristic cultivation strategy of the cultural resource-based town in Henan Province was optimized.This article draws the following three main conclusions:First,there are four types of towns with cultural resources in Henan Province,and different types of concrete cases have different developments.Henan Province has a total of four types of cultural resources,such as traditional material cultural resources,endowment-type small towns,modern material and cultural resources,endowment-type small towns,behavioral cultural resources,endowment-type small towns,and spiritual and cultural resources.At the same time,the four types of culture resource endowment towns have different characteristics in terms of industry,environment,cultural resources,and functional composition.Second,there are differences in the development characteristics of industrial subsystems,environmental subsystems,cultural resources subsystems,and innovation subsystems in Henan Province's characteristic cultural towns with different cultural resources.According to the characteristics of the cultural resources of Henan Province,the characteristics of the town to cultivate the overall development characteristics of the integrated score,the cultural resources of Henan Province can be divided into three levels of gifted towns,including the first level of the town to ensure that the various subsystems With balanced development,towns in the second and third grades must comprehensively upgrade their development level with reference to the first level development experience;cultivate industrial subsystems,environmental subsystems,cultural resources subsystems and innovations according to the features of cultural resources in Henan Province.According to the system and other subsystem development characteristics,we can see that the development of the industrial subsystems in the case of characteristic cultivation of cultural resources in Henan province is quite different,and the development characteristics of cultural resources subsystems show a trend of “polarization”,and the development of innovative subsystems remains.There are imbalanced characteristics,and the development of the environmental subsystem is stable.Third,compared with Zhejiang Province,Henan Province has the following gaps in the development level of characteristic cultivation of cultural resource-resourced towns: In the development of township characteristics,whether in terms of industry,environment,cultural resources or functional composition,Henan Province Cultural resources and endowment towns are lagging behind in feature cultivation.In terms of township characteristics and cultural development characteristics,Henan province's cultural resources endowment towns develop the overall development level and the development level of industrial subsystems,environmental subsystems,and innovation subsystems.Lagged behind Zhejiang Province,and the development level of the cultural resources subsystem is relatively leading.
