A Study On The Construction Of Public Cultural Service From The Perspective Of Urban-rural Coordination

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of Rural Revitalization was put on the important agenda of the work of the Party and the government.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the construction of beautiful countryside were unswervingly implemented.This is not only a new period of great historical opportunity,but also a better time to meet the needs of the broad masses of the people,especially the rural residents.A new engine for a better life.It is an important task for building a well-off society in an all-round way to improve the construction of rural public cultural services and meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of farmers.In this paper,Changji rural public cultural services as the research object,the comprehensive use of literature analysis,field visits,comparative analysis.This paper analyses the current situation of rural public cultural service construction in Changji City,and summarizes the achievements of the construction.Secondly,through the current situation of rural public cultural service construction in Changji City,this paper points out that there are still gaps in construction funds,unbalanced construction of public cultural infrastructure,lack of high-quality works by amateur teams,lack of expression mechanism of cultural needs and imperfect content of public cultural service,and analyses the reasons for these problems.In addition,it also explores the advanced experience of public cultural service construction in other areas and summarizes the enlightenment brought to Changji rural public cultural service.Finally,from the perspective of urban and rural co-ordination,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of rural public cultural services in Changji City from the aspects of equalization of public services,improvement of facilities,strengthening the construction of personnel,improving the cultural mechanism and system,and enriching the content and form of public cultural services.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the deficiencies in the construction ofrural public cultural services in Changji City,and to identify the shortcomings and development trends.Promote their own development,enhance the service capacity of Changji rural public cultural services to the masses,and ultimately further promote the construction of Changji rural public cultural services.
