In the new era,China has shown a peaceful scene of national prosperity and people's prosperity.The improvement of people's quality of life has made tourism as a hot leisure and entertainment activity.In the midst of tourism boom,many tourism-oriented cities or regions have gradually realized the importance of tourism image design.The VI design method is swarmed into the design of tourism image system.However,in reality,most visual identification systems in tourism image are designed to be ordinary and have no advantage.The visual identity design in many tourist attractions is almost the same.It lacks close contact with its own tourism image so that it cannot be revealed in the current competitive market.Nanyang is a national excellent tourist city that integrates history,culture and natural environment.In recent years,it has a certain reputation in the tourism industry in the province,but it lacks a share in the domestic tourism market.In order to make Nanyang not only base on the tourism market in the province,but also better enhance the visibility and recognition of its tourism image,it is necessary to make an integral,standardized and unified design to the visual identification system on Nanyang tourism image and strengthen the connection of tourist attractions in the Nanyang area.Thus it can effectively avoid the confusion of the visual recognition system caused by the fragmentation of the scenic spots.The purpose of this paper is to study the design of the whole tourism image visual identification system in Nanyang area.Through specific cases,this paper firstly analyzes the components of the visual identity system in tourism image and explains its value in current tourism industry.Then it investigates the Nanyang regional culture and analyzes the existing problems in the tourism image recognition system.In the end,it puts Nanyang's regional characteristic culture as the center,and explores the elements of Nanyang Han painting stone,ancient architectural style,natural resources and Wusheng culture for induction and extraction.On this basis,the innovative design of the “Wan” beauty Nanyang in tourism image of visual recognition system is carried out.The author hopes to improve the defects in the existing visual identity design from the learned perspective,and construct a new visual identity system with normative,unified and discriminative methods to enhance Nanyang's competition as a tourist city so as to let Nanyang enter the public's vision as soon as possible and accelerate the development of Nanyang tourism industry and the spread of characteristic culture.At the same time,the practical research shows that the cultural elements of regional characteristics are of great value to the development of tourism image,and the design of the visual identification system of tourism image can not be separated from the support of the cultural elements.
