| In the new round of basic education curriculum reform in China,the management of school-based teaching and research is one of the hot spots in the reform.This thesis according to Weifang area F the only public schools,the only private middle school and a rural middle school of run by the three typical junior middle schools,for example,using literature methods,questionnaire methods and interviewing methods,select the English subjects as the research object,the Weifang area F status quot survey on the current situation of middle school management of school-based teaching and research,investigate the problems of the management of school-based teaching and research,analyzes the reasons,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.According to the investigation of three typical middle schools in F district,Weifang city,the problems existing in education management of junior middle schools in F district,Weifang city are mainly as follows: the system of the management of school-based teaching and research is not perfect,and it is difficult to monitor and implement.The mechanism of the management of school-based teaching and research is not perfect,and the internal management system is chaotic.The content of school-based teaching and research is monotonous and lacks professional guidance.Teachers do not know enough about school-based teaching and research,and are not active in participating in school-based teaching and research.The main reason is that the system of the management of school-based teaching and research is not perfect and the system is not perfect.The guidance of school-based teaching and research of the school is not in place.A series of problems arise from subjective and objective reasons,such as working hours,evaluation orientation and insufficient understanding of school-based teaching and research.To solve the above problems that refer to the management of school-based teaching and research,the author studies a large number of documents and materials related to the management of school-based teaching and research,and puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures based on practical work experience.Optimize the content and form of school-based teaching and research,and strengthen the construction of school curriculum.We will strengthen the construction of teaching and research teams and promote the professional development of teachers.This study aims to solve the main contradictions in the school-basedteaching and research management,and provide practical reference for further optimizing the school-based teaching and research management in junior high schools. |
