A Study On The Western Chamber In Porcelain Painting In Ming And Qing Dynasties

At the time of the Ming and Qing dynasties,there was a large number of porcelain with the plot of the characters in the Western Chamber.The appearance of these porcelain provided a new direction for the study on the spread of the Western Chamber in the Ming and Qing dynasties.The porcelain painting was the most prosperous from Ming Jiajing to the Qianlong Dynasty in the Qing Dynasty,and its porcelain paintings were mostly painted with the prints of the Western Chamber of different periods as the powder.However,porcelain painting is influenced by the opera stage performance in the Ming and Qing dynasties in the aspects of character shaping,story content and so on.Compared with the Western Chamber write by Wang Shifu in Ming and Qing dynasties,both the characters and the content of the story show the tendency of popularization.In recent years,with the deepening of archaeological work in the field of porcelain,many overseas places have discovered porcelain ornamented by the Western Chamber.This discovery provides a new direction for the study of the spread of the Western Chamber.Therefore,the porcelain painting on the porcelain of Ming and Qing dynasties is the most intuitive and concise way to spread the opera.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the development of porcelain painting in Ming and Qing dynasties from the aspects of printmaking,the influence of porcelain making technology on porcelain painting,and the characteristics of porcelain painting.The second chapter,as the focus of the article,mainly from the characters image,the story content two aspects,taking the Ming and Qing Dynasty "West Chamber" porcelain painting to prevail,combined with the social aesthetic needs,stage performance,text changes and other factors,and so on.This paper analyzes the changes in porcelain painting creation under the influence of the above factors.From these changes,we can understand the situation of the opera stage performance at that time,and discuss the spread situation of the West Chamber at that time in the society.The third chapter from the point of view of export porcelain,from the maritime transportation,foreign aesthetic,cultural blending and other aspects to see "Western Chamber" porcelain painting spread overseas,as well as the Chinese and Western culture to the Western Chamber of the common acceptance of the situation.
