Ethical Analysis Of Social Enterprise

Social enterprise is an emerging field for solving social contradictions and building a harmonious society.As an ethical output of social entrepreneurship,social enterprises have the dual characteristics of social economic value and social ethical value.This paper sorts out and integrates existing research from the perspective of how social enterprises is constructed.The core question of this paper is "How to build a good social enterprise business model from the critical analysis of entrepreneurial intentions?"In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the construction of entrepreneurial behavior,which is ethical input.The commitment of ethics and the analysis of these forms of social enterprise arising from these commitments and actions,which is ethical output.Ethical theory can be used as an effective means of studying various forms of social enterprises in order to conduct critical analysis of purely charitable-oriented official institutions and purely business-oriented market-driven enterprises.Therefore,the business model of various forms of social enterprises is defined as the outcome of ethical input and the result of social entrepreneurship.This paper criticizes the mainstream discourse concept of social enterprises by analyzing the choice of economic system orientation(redistribution orientation,reciprocity orientation and market orientation)and the choice of social value orientation(individualism orientation,cooperation and mutual benefit orientation and charity orientation).That is,social enterprises are only organizations that satisfy the task and market dichotomy.This paper deconstructs charitable trading activities,cooperative institutions and mutual aid enterprises,and socially responsible enterprises by analyzing the rationality(formal rationality,social rationality,and substantive rationality)and ethical commitments(utilitarian,communist,and pragmatic)that support these principles.The political foundation of these social enterprises.At the same time,the research on the conceptual model of social enterprises is not new.This paper aims to study how to construct correspondingly when entrepreneurs choose between economic exchange system and social value orientation system based on their moral and political choices.The norms to construct a social enterprise ethics theory.Suggestions for the development of social enterprises have been made.
