Internet era booms the entrepreneurial activities under the rapidly developing economic, as well as the more open economic environment. However, big failures always keep entrepreneurship company. The previous research focused on research on entrepreneurial success, recently,the relationship between the failure and subsequent entrepreneurial intention have attracted the attention of the academic circles. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial failure and subsequent entrepreneurial intention,further investigation of shame and self-compassion will be concerned.In this study, 199 entrepreneurial failures experienced entrepreneurs as the research object, mainly uses the questionnaire survey method, on the basis of reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis in the questionnaire of this study,involved by descriptive analysis, variance analysis, regression analysis, bootstrap statistical methods to analyze the effective sample data, the conclusions are as follows:(1) entrepreneurial failure has prediction effect on subsequent entrepreneurial intention.(2) shame is a partial mediator between entrepreneurial failure and subsequent entrepreneurial intention.(3) self-compassion has a moderating effect between entrepreneurial failure and subsequent entrepreneurial intention.(4) entrepreneurial failure, shame, self-compassion and subsequent entrepreneurial intention constitute a model of moderated mediator.
