The Mock Conference Interpreting is based on the 6thChina-North America International Education Forum,which introduces the most advanced educational concepts and methods in both China and North America.This forum is of great significance to educators,teachers and students.It can help them understand the latest development and trend of international education.The report elaborates the background,requirements and preparation process of the interpretation task.Guided by the Interpretive Theory,this report makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the interpreting process from the perspectives of comprehension,de-verbalization and re-expression and seeks solutions to the problems.The author hopes that the report can help to improve her on-site simultaneous interpreting performance.Hopefully,this report will provide helpful reference to student interpreters and novice interpreters in terms of interpreting practice.
