Firstly based on the current situation of Chinese International Education,this paper,guided by the theories of linguistics,pedagogy,intercultural communication,cognitive psychology and language acquisition,has carried out a research and made a teaching analysis;then formed teaching concepts,tried to design two teaching methods of "feel the feeling in acting" and "translate the translation by understanding",taking the ancient poem "Wang Yue"(the first of it)as an example,this paper made a teaching design of the ancient poetry class in Chinese International Education,and evaluated and summarized the teaching design scheme;finally,puts forward teaching strategies for the problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in Chinese International Education,which suggests systematically arranging the teaching content with the combination of ancient poetry,ancient prose,contemporary poetry and modern Chinese which comprehensively considered the dynasty order,subject type and genre category of them,giving full play to the positive role of reading translations in the development of language thinking and using multimedia courseware to assist teaching accurately and efficiently.This paper consists of six chapters:The first chapter,as an introduction,expounds the significance of studying the teaching of ancient poetry in Chinese International Education,summarizes the previous research,and introduces the researchmethods of this paper.The second chapter combining theory and practical experience makes an analysis for the teaching of ancient poetry in Chinese International Education.The third chapter taking the ancient poem "Wang Yue"(the first of it)as an example makes a teaching design.The fourth chapter comprehensively evaluates and summarizes the teaching design scheme by reviewing the experimental teaching process and observing the experimental teaching results.The fifth chapter draws up teaching strategies for the teaching problems.The sixth chapter,as a conclusion,summarizes the paper on the whole.
