factors of the social order and the relations between the generations is unceasingly thorough along with the central government govemance.And then hold the idea that the complex and bad natural environment,settlements of the minority peoples,ethnic minority areas development lag,lack of strong national control factors are the main factors influencing the social order in the region.All
