| The development of Chinese history can be seen as a history of population migration. In particular, the three major immigration waves that occurred in modern times have had an important impact on modern Chinese society.Through the study of these migration activities,it is found that most of them are forced to carry out spontaneous migration due to external factors. After the founding of the People ’ s Republic of China, the population migration activities have highlighted the leading role of the government and reflected the planned behavior of the country to regulate social resources. Its main manifestation is the imbalance between supply and demand of population and means of subsistence,or the inequality of demand for labor force by the development of productivity. Therefore, population migration has become the most favorable way to regulate this imbalance. At present, academic research on immigration before the founding of the People’s Republic of China has gradually matured, but the research on immigration activities in the early days of the founding of New China has been relatively few.Using the existing archives of ningcheng county in the early days of the founding of new China and the data of rehe province in the1950 s in Hebei province archives, this paper aims to make a specific study on the migration of population in ningcheng county in the 1950 s and1960s.This article mainly discusses the three kinds of immigration activities:immigration to the Aohan Banner and the Hongniute Banner, immigration to Heilongjiang, and immigration to Hongshan Farm in Kashiteng Banner.Through the discussion of their immigration reasons, immigration processes, and existing problems,It helped us to understand more clearly the situation of population movements in Ningcheng County in the 1950 s and1960s and helped to study the problem of population movements in the early days of the founding of New China. At the same time,it is hoped thatthrough the study of the migration problem in Ningcheng County,it can provide some lessons for the problems arising from the population flow in today’s society. |
