City is an important symbol of the development of human civilization.With the continuous progress of human civilization,city gradually improves the development system of the city through orderly construction and management.The readability of a city also comes from the cognition degree of the city.Human society has entered the information age today,the city is not only a huge experience space and narrative space,but also a carrier used to spread.Guiding design should pay attention to the narrative of urban space and the sense of participants’ experience,and conform to the future urban development pattern.The direction of the guidance,and everyone’s daily life is closely linked,a mature guidance system,accurate,rich,continuous and with human concern is the principle of the city guidance system and the necessary conditions.Urban guidance system is a dynamic life system.With the rapid development of urban environment,transportation and facilities,and the constant change of user demand,urban guidance system is in urgent need of iteration and optimization.Firstly,this paper focuses on the theory of interaction design and urban guidance system based on pathfinding behavior.On this basis,the dimensions of user experience and its influencing factors were determined by means of rosen’s field survey and semi-structured one-to-one interview,and likert scale was made.The questionnaire results were analyzed by means of principal component analysis,and a quantitative model of urban guidance system was proposed.Furthermore,quantitative experiments and qualitative interviews were used to divide the groups of the subjects by using MCT scale.The interaction modes in the urban guidance system were taken as the research object.Data analysis and discussion were conducted on the differences between the dynamic interactive guidance system and the static marking guidance system as well as the three interaction modes through quantitative experiments.Finally,the design strategy and interactive urban guidance system design scheme are obtained by comparing the experimental and analytical results and carrying out design practice.The main conclusions are as follows: in the user experience model of urban guidance system,the interactivity dimension has higher priority and has research value;The pathfinding performance of dynamic interactive guidance is significantly better than that of using static signs,and the difference is significant.Gender and spatial ability cognition have no interaction effect on the interactive guidance system,and have no direct influence on the pathfinding behavior and performance of users.No matter under what conditions,under the condition of visual and auditory interaction guidance,the pathfinding performance of users is the best,followed by visual interaction guidance,and the auditory interaction guidance effect is the least significant.This research starting from the interaction of user behaviour on the pathfinding,user experience dimension model of urban guide knowledge system,and analyzes the user through the experiment the difference in the way of interaction in the process of pathfinding for interactive city guide knowledge system design provides a reference and theoretical basis,put forward to strengthen and improve urban guide system the possibility of theory research and practice,knowledge of the current city guide system design and research,knowledge has important practical application value.
